Both URLs share the same secret. Use the Twilio one if you're using Twilio (Console → WhatsApp Sandbox/Sender → "when a message comes in"); use the generic one for a BSP that can POST a plain JSON body. The Candidates tab's "Simulate the candidate's reply" still works for testing either way.

Voice-note transcription

When a candidate replies with a voice note instead of typing, it's transcribed to text via OpenAI Whisper before being recorded — the original audio stays playable from the candidate's detail view either way. This tenant's own key is used if set; otherwise falls back to the platform-wide key (if configured).

AI-generated summary

Once a candidate completes every question, a 2-3 sentence summary is generated via Anthropic for HR review — shown on the completed candidate's detail view alongside the completeness flags (which always run, no key needed). This tenant's own key is used if set; otherwise falls back to the platform-wide key (if configured). Leave unset to skip the summary — completion and the completeness flags aren't affected either way.

One shared question set, asked live by a human host on the call — AgentCore doesn't ask these itself. Once the meeting's recording and transcript are ready, AI extracts each answer from what was actually said.

Zoom credentials

From a Server-to-Server OAuth app in the Zoom Marketplace (marketplace.zoom.us) — needed to create meetings and fetch recordings/transcripts via Zoom's API. Also used by the Resourcing Agent's scheduling calls — one shared Zoom account per tenant, configured once here.

Auto-start bot on candidate join

Without this, an admin must click "Start Bot" manually after the candidate joins. With it, the bot joins automatically the moment the candidate does — no manual step needed. Requires enabling Event Subscriptions on this tenant's own Zoom Marketplace app (the same one used for Zoom credentials above), subscribed to the "Participant joined meeting" event.

Live in-call candidate feedback

When a checklist is selected, the bot scores the candidate's answers against it the moment the call ends and posts one of the three messages below in chat before leaving — a simple 1-mark-per-question score (a partial answer counts as half a mark), not the AI's own 0-100 score shown on the Candidate Evaluation page. Leave unselected to keep today's behavior (no live message).

API Settings

By default this console talks to its own origin, which nginx forwards internally to the real backend services — that works unmodified in every environment (local, cloud, or anywhere else), so leave these blank unless you specifically need to point at a different backend.
